Human Life--Value?

Does it have value?

Or only to some and not others?

Is this normal thru the ages?

Times have always been hard or great. Life has had value and many times not.

So is today any different thru the times and have we not learned anything?

Wondering what views people have over the value of human life thru the centuries.

Your personal thoughts?
